Retiring Well is a course by Helen Calder, one of our Faith in Later Life Associates. It is for those approaching retirement and those who have finished full time work in the last year. Retirement is a time of significant change with many matters to consider.

There are a variety of ways to do a Retiring Well Course:

Attend a residential course
Attend a local, non-residential, small group facilitated by a local leader, using the Retiring Well Workbooks
Use the Retiring Well Workbooks on your own or with your partner, a friend or colleague who is at a similar stage in the retirement journey.

Thoroughly recommend Helen’s course as it gets you to think through the bigger spiritual, practical and serving possibilities and challenges before having to make a key decision. The opportunity to join others who are at a similar stage of life helped me to take well informed strategic decisions that hopefully will be a blessing to others in the next stage of my journey of knowing God.
