“Linking Lives UK believes that the church in the UK is already playing a vital role in many communities to address loneliness and social isolation. There is, though, always more that can be done, and our approach it to enable churches and Christian organisations to reach and support some of the most marginalised people in their community. Our tried and tested approach provides a safe and effective way to demonstrate the love of God in our local neighbourhoods.”
For this reason, we’re pleased to commend Linking Lives to all those looking to uproot loneliness in their community, through the local church. Linking Lives are well positioned to help churches reach out, as well as provide training for those who feel a calling, but feel they need more experience and knowledge before doing so.
